| Dance Like David And the songwriter told the world with Jesus I can take it with Him I know I can stand so no matter what may come my way my life is in His hands And the same synopsis is the thesis for my page so I express in joyous praise torment and rage transformed into triumphant days when I didn’t think I could make it when I didn’t think I could take it when I wished I could just die or at least fall down and fake it but God had a plan for me so he took my world in his hands and began to shake it and it came at a good time because I was beginning to drift My vision was getting haaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzy so called friends were getting shaaaaaaaaddddddy my definites were turning to maaaaaaybeeeeessss leaving me stuck that’s when I got down on my knees and asked Him to save me so I know a change is coming and this reality is real and so it ain’t no stunting plus He knows my heart so he knows when “ I just be fronting” That’s when the heat gets hot and situations get beyond my control to the point when they ready to pop popping like hot grease, in hot a pot a fit top, no peace and a tear drop of water this is the heat of conviction like Peter felt when he denied my Father so now I’m singing Psalms I’m singing hymns and I’m swimming in HIM and when I ain’t swimming I’m anchored; I’m anchored in His word so I put words to action till words become Pro-Verbs and Pro-verbs speak like Proverbs producing prayers that rain down blessings and inspire inspirational songs to resend praise up to God like David’s Psalms That’s when the music starts to move me I think about all those people who tried to undo me clutter my mind with confusion and mis-use me steadily throwing tricks out their bag trying to fool me that’s when I start to get happy inside when my reality is realized and I’m ready to dance I don’t think yall heard me I said I’m ready to dance like David stick my hand in the air and wave it and if you don’t know’em like I know’em then you might just think I’m crazy but I ain’t trippin yall cause this world right here can’t fade me I’m standing up for truth and you couldn’t change it if you paid me and for this reason alone I know some people probably gon’ hate me but these troubles ain’t gon’ sway me these hurdles won’t delay me I know some people say He really don’t exist but I denounce their ignorance and I drop’em subtle hints because their lack of faith has got them bent because they so on the go but not knowing where they went but do believe this here if my Savoir wasn’t sent then my time wouldn’t be spent standing on this stage teaching yall to represent Life through Christ.
